1. Delivery Modes Available
To best serve individual farmers, nursery growers, and bulk agricultural buyers, Sri Sai Baba Bio Fertilizers provides two primary retail fulfillment methods:
1. Doorstep Courier Delivery
Delivered directly to your farm or home address via Shiprocket logistics network (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Shadowfax) with live AWB tracking.
2. Factory Depot Takeaway (Free)
Pick up your packaged bio-inputs directly from our verified Pedda Amberpet factory depot counter with ₹0 delivery charge.
2. Wholesale & Bulk Orders Freight Terms (Ex-Factory / Freight-To-Pay)
Notice to Wholesalers, Distributors & Commercial Buyers:
- Wholesale accounts receive substantial volume discount pricing far below retail MRP based on mandatory Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and bulk tonnage.
- All wholesale shipments are strictly Ex-Factory / Freight-To-Pay: Retail free-shipping promotions do not apply to wholesale purchases.
- All transportation charges, road freight, transit insurance, and local unloading costs must be borne entirely and paid by the wholesaler / buyer directly to the transport agency upon delivery.
- Consignments are handed over to commercial goods carriers (Lorry Transport) against an authorized Lorry Receipt (LR) / Consignment Note.
3. Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: Orders are verified and packaged at our Pedda Amberpet plant within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation.
- Local & Intra-State (Telangana & Andhra Pradesh): Estimated delivery is 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
- Rest of India (Inter-State): Estimated delivery is 4 to 7 business days depending on destination pincode accessibility.
4. Live Courier Tracking (Real-Time AWB)
Once your shipment is assigned a courier partner on Shiprocket:
- A real Air Waybill number (AWB) and live tracking link will be visible under your Customer Dashboard.
- Automated webhook updates transition your order status in real time from READY_FOR_DISPATCH → DISPATCHED → DELIVERED.
5. Damaged or Tampered Packages (Exchange Procedure)
Our bio-inputs are packaged in heavy-duty HDPE sealed containers and multi-ply poly bags. If you notice severe leakage or physical transit damage upon arrival:
- Please capture an unedited unboxing video clearly displaying the shipping label, AWB number, bottle seal, and damaged area.
