1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sri Sai Baba Bio Fertilizers Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By browsing our digital catalog, creating a user account, submitting farmer or wholesale inquiries, purchasing products online, or accepting deliveries, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale, together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

These terms apply uniformly to all retail consumers, farmers, commercial growers, agricultural cooperatives, authorized dealers, and wholesale buyers.

2. Product Specifications & Regulatory Bio-Input Disclaimer

Sri Sai Baba Bio Fertilizers manufactures and markets premium bio products, bio-fertilizers, vermicompost, cold-pressed neem extractions, and organic soil conditioners produced in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and applicable Indian agricultural input regulations.

⚠️ Agronomic & Performance Disclaimer:

All products sold are agricultural bio-inputs and microbial consortia designed to enhance soil biology, microbial diversity, and nutrient availability.
Efficacy, crop vigor, and harvest yields depend on environmental and extrinsic factors beyond the manufacturer's control, including existing soil organic carbon, moisture levels, water pH, ambient temperature, crop genetics, pest infestation, and compliance with recommended dosages.
Product packaging instructions and advisory consultations provided by our agronomist desk are good-faith general guidelines and do not constitute absolute guarantees of harvest output.

3. Wholesale & B2B Purchasing Terms (MOQ & Freight Policy)

Sri Sai Baba Bio Fertilizers extends specialized tiered pricing for agricultural dealers, retail distributors, commercial nurseries, and bulk buyers. Due to the substantial price difference between retail consumer pricing and wholesale volume pricing, wholesale orders are subject to strict commercial covenants:

Mandatory MOQs & Bulk Tonnage

Wholesale discounts are granted solely for commercial quantities. Wholesalers must satisfy mandatory Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), full case-lot packaging, or multi-tonnage requirements per order. Orders not fulfilling MOQ thresholds will be re-invoiced at standard retail prices or rejected.

Freight Borne by Wholesaler (Ex-Factory)

Retail promotions (such as free doorstep shipping) strictly do not apply to wholesale transactions. All wholesale consignments are sold strictly on an Ex-Factory / Freight-To-Pay (Freight Extra) basis. Transportation, freight carrier costs, toll/border taxes, and unloading charges must be borne entirely by the wholesale buyer.

Transport Booking: Wholesale consignments are dispatched from our Pedda Amberpet Depot via commercial goods carriers (Lorry Transport) on a “Freight To-Pay” basis, wherein the buyer pays the transporter directly upon delivery.
Transit Risk: Wholesale goods travel at the buyer's risk once handed over to the authorized logistics carrier with an assigned Consignment Note / Lorry Receipt (LR). Wholesalers are advised to secure transit insurance if desired.
Reselling Standards: Wholesale buyers must store bio-fertilizers in shaded, ventilated warehouses away from direct heat to preserve biological colony viability (CFU), and may not alter factory seals, batch labels, or MRP stamps.

4. Strict Non-Returnable Policy & Exchange Patterns

Strict Non-Returnable Policy on Agri Bio-Inputs

Agricultural bio-fertilizers, liquid microbial consortia, mycorrhizal formulations, cold-pressed neem extracts, and vermicompost contain active live microflora sensitive to temperature, light exposure, humidity, and handling.

To prevent contamination, degradation of biological viability, and unsealed product tampering, all delivered products are strictly non-returnable. We do not accept returns or refund requests for change of mind, excess ordering, weather delays, or opened packages under any circumstance.

Exchange Patterns & Replacement Criteria

Product exchanges are permitted solely and exclusively in cases of verified transit damage, bottle leakage, or delivery of an incorrect product variant, subject to the following mandatory conditions:

Mandatory 48-Hour Window: The customer must report physical transit damage or leakage within 48 hours of recorded delivery via phone or email to our customer support desk.
Mandatory Video Proof: The buyer must provide an unedited unboxing video clearly displaying:
1. The external shipping carton with the original courier shipping label, AWB number, and intact tape seals.
2. The inner product container, tamper-evident cap seal, and embossed batch code.
3. The exact area of physical breakage, crack, or liquid leakage.
Resolution Process: Upon quality verification by our fulfillment desk, a free doorstep replacement unit of the damaged item will be dispatched. No cash refunds are provided for transit damage; resolution is strictly through physical product exchange.
Wholesale Transporter Claims: For bulk freight orders, any outer damage or shortages must be endorsed directly onto the transporter's Consignment Note / Lorry Receipt (LR) at the time of delivery acceptance and reported within 24 hours.

5. Retail Ordering, Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the portal are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of statutory GST where applicable:

Payment Modes: We support direct UPI QR transfers, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and verified merchant checkout. Offline bank orders undergo admin verification upon UTR / transaction screenshot validation.
Pricing Integrity: Prices and volume discounts are subject to revision based on raw material availability and regulatory revisions without prior notice. Confirmed, fully paid orders will be fulfilled at the transacted rate.
Order Cancellation by Buyer: Retail customers may cancel an order directly from the Customer Dashboard strictly before the order moves to PACKING. Once factory batch packaging commences, user cancellation is locked to safeguard certified packaging and seal integrity.

6. Retail Shipping & Depot Takeaway

Doorstep Express Delivery: Retail orders are dispatched via our integrated logistics network (Shiprocket / Delhivery / Bluedart). Live Air Waybill numbers (AWB) and tracking updates are available in your Customer Dashboard.
Factory Depot Takeaway (Free): Customers in Hyderabad / Ranga Reddy may select self-pickup at our Pedda Amberpet Depot at ₹0 delivery charge. Customers must present their verified Order ID and OTP at the counter.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to transactions on this portal or purchases from Sri Sai Baba Bio Fertilizers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad / Rangareddy District, Telangana, India.
